The interview process is amazing. It is done as a group interview instead of one. They want to see you communicating, multitasking, ability to sell, if they see your potential and your enthusiasm your already there.
They want to hear the main thing, if you answer in your interview when they each ask you couple questions by your self which is a little nerve wrecking but it’s much better then one to one, if you can say you can sell and what’s your best part to sell within working in a fashion industry what would you sell and how who would you sell it to? Who would be are best customers? It’s all about sales and one to one communicate and re connect with your customer. It’s a American company and uk I feel they like to do things little different as opposed to a General interview that could be nerve wrecking. Brilliant way they do it.
