Some managers are really good, some not so much. Mixed bunch of people. Work load and pressure depends on the team you're part of. Teams are not well aligned, and there is quite a lot of duplication of efforts.

Horrible management

Management are a bunch horrible people pushing you to make sales which would be fair if they gave sufficient training. I’ve been at the company for over two years now and was only trained in by new starters themselves absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Ok place

Targets were high pay was ok and commission for sales helped. We were left to our own devices once we were hitting target. Time off was sporadic and could have been managed better.

Great Company to work for

Very inclusive company that regards all staff at all levels. Great pay, and fantastic progression opportunities. You need to be able to put in the work as the grief you get from customers can be very intense.

Good place to work for sales experience

This was a great place to work to get the foot in the door for sales experience and learn how to deal with multiple types of customers. Overall a good place to work but as a sales based role dont be surprised to be asked to push targets.

Very good job

Great job, great team leader and great management. Salary’s good, Commision is good. Got a bonus on my salary for working hard and also got a bonus to get me to do better. 100 percent best workplace I ever seen 👍 Good job guys

Fun place to work in

staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

Good products

Great product to sell but some issues with installers. Customers that you sign up are generally happy when they receive their services. A lot of self learning and long hours though

Vodafone's summer internship program is great because it offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the company and your team while providing a lot of guidance from experienced professionals. Additionally, you are able to meet great people during your internship.

Decent money to be made with commission

Good company to work for in regards that they respect their employees. Can be tough in a customer facing role as you find across all sorts of customers but over all a good job

Impossible sales targets

Not a bad place to work , but sales targets got harder and harder to hit as time went on which meant it was impossible to hit sales target to get get to your bonuses .

Good place to work

Former employee if willing to take part in additional training, good support and opportunities to move within organisation. Good onsite amenities, sports clubs ect and coffee shops nice building very modern

Fantastic organisation to be a part of

I have been working for kings for almost 5 years and I have enjoyed every moment so far, fantastic management structure and team in place to make sure you are supported in every aspect of the job thats needed, area management are always on hand to answer a call or question if needed and regularly promote a positive sales environment and provide lots of motivation to achieve targets, Human Resources couldn’t be more helpful, always provides days off and requests responded to immediately and goes out of their way to make sure you get what’s needed. Leading the way in innovation and collaboration.

Horrible place

Worked here for nearly 3 years, target structure was ridiculous and made it impossible to reach. Management only cared about sales & not the staffs well being. Staff turnover was the worst I've seen anywhere, about 15-20+ staff had left in the space of time I worked there

Low pay huge staff turnover

Micro managed poor hourly rate which never got reviewed. Unrealistic targets and empty promises. Toxic environment from the top down, loads of little clicks and anyone half good is expected to over achieve to make up for those not doing their job. Instant messaging used to communicate to you on your personal mobile! The roster is not done to work around you this is a lie, the benefits they refer to is €35 towards you mobile bill which is actually from Vodafone not Kelco. The staff turnover is laughable, alot of staff are in positions they shouldn't be in as they lack the required skills necessary to do their job. My advice is keep looking for another job do not fall for their lies

Okay job, terrible wage

It’s an okay job, takes a while to get used to, wages are very poor for a sales job and wage increases never happen, only reason your money goes up is for the minimum wage increase, commision is the only benefit
