A great company were everyone knows what has to be done and how it has to be done. It is so well organized that new people starts to feel comfortable within 2 weeks as everyone is always ready to help. The salary is fine but the training could be improved. The canteen is not the best around but i'm not sure if this depend on the chef or the management.
Company constantly try to keep you up with several activities
Training are poorly organized and the information provided is not useful for the actual job.
Voxpro is, basically, customer support outsourced provider. The company culture is overly intimate, and management are intent on social power. Management and staff are poorly educated, and the environment is permanently stressed.
Fun workplace, but
1) unrealistic expectations: expected calls to be taken more than incoming calls, and more than which could be handled
2) poor people management: they are not well-prepared and with hidden arrogance
3) the HR's and accountancy's knowledge is mediocre, e.g. they are unable to handle a Bike2Work scheme
