I'll start with the positives, because they are much shorter:Voxpro is a company full of people from many different countries and backgrounds, which makes for an interesting work environment. You will hear many different languages around you every day, and if you're a recent arrival to Ireland it is not a bad place to start and get your feet wet. Now for the negatives - Like any large company, your experience depends heavily on your management team, which in my experience and in the experience of many friends and acquaintances who worked there, leaves a lot to be desired. Rather than hire qualified people, Voxpro takes those who have been with the company for years and stuffs them into manager roles. Most of them are NOT manager material, and this leads to frustration and a real lack of morale. Voxpro could also care less about your work life balance. Shifts constantly change every week, at least within Airbnb, and targets that are completely unrealistic. Honestly it seems like more work to have people working different shifts every week. Why don't they just give everyone the same shift? Would make more sense to have people start on the night shift and then slowly have more preferences based on seniority. I've seen a lot of smart people work here and become disillusioned really quickly. It's not hard to become bitter when you make minimum wage working for a work a company that rewards brown nosers and squashes independent thought.
multicultural environment, nice people
unrealistic targets, shift work, low wages, no real career progression, fakeness and inauthenticity of mid and upper level management
This place is not for the long stay if you don't progress. Get the experience and run. This will mess up with your sleep schedule and worst of all, with your social life. People forget how valuable the time after work spent with your significant others is and you get none with the late shifts.Basically when you're scheduled to work that is all there is - work. Just work 4/7 days/week.
Work times on most contracts is horrible
This was the worst job I ever had. The stress was constant. The work life balance was extremely poor. The work itself was very demanding and unrewarding. The targets often felt unreachable. Even when reached there was a constant pressure for more. Only one of my original starting group changed positions while working here and even at that it was a lateral move. The chance to progress within the company was always dangled in front of you from day one, but those opportunities never seemed to come around. There never seemed to be any good news in this place. In the end after a year and a half there, I left this job without a new job to go to. I just couldn't stand it any more.
There is a serious issue of masogyniy in voxpro and nobody does anything about it. Some of the managers take all their stress out on agents making the work life very difficult. If you talk to the people at your desk you will most likely be told to shush. You're allow 10minutes toilet time a day and if you go over they will bring it up
Good as a first job when you arrive in Ireland. No shift patterns=every day is different so you cannot plan anything in advance Stressful, Dealing with mad customers, If you have a stroke of bad luck your TL will not help you. You will get sick of this job very easily. The salary is not the worst, nice canteen
Long hours, no shift patterns, no holiday, stress all the time

Management and HR are terrible at their job. They always refuse to give your normal days off, you have to insist and insist to have a chance to have them. You have to take screenshots of your schedule because they often messed it up. I asked for a simple letter stating my employment status. I had to wait 4 days and the got the starting date wrong, so I have to ask for it again. if you arrive 10 minutes late they took 1h from your salary, if you have to stay 20 minutes more to assist a customer they won't pay a dime.
management, schedule, location
I don't recommend Voxpro at all. No advancement was available for their employees. No recognition, Management is very bad. Unfortunately, this is a company that tries to live on an image that is not aligned with reality at all. Very poor management, internal communication is also very poor or even non-existent, unhealthy competitive environment, empty promises, career development is zero (on the contrary of what they are "pride" to say), unfairly treatment for people on same positions, which causes frustration etc, etc, etc. There is no a real structure. There are many good people working there, people who join full of hope to be in a great company and develop their career, but the reality is very different, unfortunately. I tried to stay there as long as I could, but at some point I had zero motivation to get up in the morning and go to work, it started even to affect my mental health.
The workplace culture is excellent and the facilities are second to none. The site is immaculate and doesn't feel like a generic call center. The motto of the job is "brace yourselves, there is no such thing as a normal day" really epitomizes Voxpro and even though there are difficult days, the help of colleagues and work environment makes it better.
Free Coffee, fruit, veg, cereal.
Being a vendor, the contracts can change unexpectedly.
A great company were everyone knows what has to be done and how it has to be done. It is so well organized that new people starts to feel comfortable within 2 weeks as everyone is always ready to help. The salary is fine but the training could be improved. The canteen is not the best around but i'm not sure if this depend on the chef or the management.
Company constantly try to keep you up with several activities
Training are poorly organized and the information provided is not useful for the actual job.

Flexible working hours, great benefits depending on tenure, friendly environment, modern bright facilities
Great atmosphere (very friendly), excellent 👍 teams ( mine for sure is), various career opportunities if you work hard. Recently added some bonuses ( health insurance, etc.). Nice facilities. Lots of activités ( parties and social events). Shift pattern can be a challenge.
