Every member of the team here is open to helping each other out and lending a hand to whoever needs it. I've never worked somewhere before that encouraged it's staff to get involved with how the business is run. Knowing that our ideas matter and that we can influence the business' development is a great incentive in itself.

Encouraging and real

Hard working teams. Everyone is supportive and open to sharing their experiences. Great support from the back office & marketing team. Never had that before.

The quality of my colleagues and the company's very high standards make WMI unique in my opinion. There is a genuine top-down attitude of putting clients first and being non-negotiable when it comes to ethics. The company is growing rapidly which offers massive opportunity for career development and progression.

WallaceMyers is the agency for the hard worker that is looking to progress their career rapidly. If you put in the work you will be rewarded both financially and with management opportunities. The consultants are very helpful and the benefits are superb. Definitely the agency of choice for someone that sees recruitment as a long term career.

WMI is a great place to work. All staff from top to bottom live the companies values of ethics first and world class practices. Progression opportunities are unlimited and all are encouraged to form an integral part of the companies direction and growth. World class service is provided to candidates, clients AND employees.
