The questions in the interviews were relevant to the role and focused on experience and knowledge. No questions felt designed to catch you out!
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at WaterWipes? What are the steps along the way?
My recruitment process was quite long due to it partly falling into Covid-19 related lockdown period, but the general steps were:
-A screening call or 2 with the HR team
-2-3 meetings with different people from the upper and middle management, going over my past experience, competencies, motivation and similar topics
-Presentation of a business case (solving a theoretical business problem)
-Personality and workstyle assessment online
-A virtual 'coffee' with the direct team, which is more casual and lets you ask all the questions left if any and lets the team assess your fit to the company/team culture
Throughout the whole recruitment process I was always kept informed about my status and next steps and had regular check-ins with my main point of contact from the company's HR team, which I highly appreciated.
