My recruitment process was quite long due to it partly falling into Covid-19 related lockdown period, but the general steps were:
-A screening call or 2 with the HR team
-2-3 meetings with different people from the upper and middle management, going over my past experience, competencies, motivation and similar topics
-Presentation of a business case (solving a theoretical business problem)
-Personality and workstyle assessment online
-A virtual 'coffee' with the direct team, which is more casual and lets you ask all the questions left if any and lets the team assess your fit to the company/team culture
Throughout the whole recruitment process I was always kept informed about my status and next steps and had regular check-ins with my main point of contact from the company's HR team, which I highly appreciated.
You apply though an agency and get called for the interview.
