Learn from the worst leadership team
Disgreful Executive leadership, lack of vision and willing to drve positive culture and people development. Intersted only to squeeze to maximum but very poor leadership and ability o plan and organizeSales Agent in Galway, County Galway

The people are great
The only upside is the people you work with, they are an amazing bunch. The downside is the pay, its way below market average. Changes happen too often without clear instructions.Senior Customer Support Specialist. in Remote

You'll regret it...
This place could have been great, but its gone the opposite way, stsff are treated like dirt, managers bury their heads and wond do anything for fear it will effect their opportunities. The going saying is that the staff are responsible for their own careers, and the company has essentially absolved itself of its responsibilities to its existing employees. Apply for time off, there could be 15+ people waiting on the day before you, and its an automated system, so you could be waiting till the night before to find out I'd your PTO was granted, and it auto resolves as failed, shift rotations bounce around every few months becuse they wont talk to staff about what might work for them, and bonus metrics are a mess, most of my colleagues losse out on any bonus based on adherence, but it can be impossible to maintain at 95% because the workforce management team bouncing agents around, and then refusing to fix their calendar. You might be on a call, but have your skilling changed to live chats, if you get caught on the call for more than 4 mins, that's your adherence gone for the hour. They treat tenured employees the same as brand new hires, of which there arent enough, front line staff went from around 350 to around 100, with an even bigger workload. They e taken most of the tools we had away from us so we can't do the job as effectively, and increased the Customer Satisfaction survey score requirements at the same time. You have to hold onto a holiday day or Christmas won't be a paid day off. They're not interested in looking after staff, just squeezing as much as they can out of them. I've seen agents told to quit in meetings by managers when they asked questions about low pay. There is almost no opportunity for internal promotion, once you are in, they disregard your CV entirely, and the internal hiring system is both convoluted and full of nepotism.Sales Consultant in Ireland
