I've worked for WCA for over 3 years and find them excellent employers , decent salary with loads of over time . I've worked under some horrible manag
Some manager's cannot manage , my manager at the moment is awesome . Good working conditions with great team players . When your manager is part of the team , everything & everyone works like clock work . Some manager will not answer the phone , or even call you back , they will only reply if they need something . I work in a well run service but other staff may not be so lucky .
Increase in salary every year, plenty of work to go around . Up to date training & paid to do it.

The culture was really person centred for clients and staff. Every day a new challenge. Loved the nature of work working on teams and with inclusion from Service Users. No two days ever the same. Great Staff Development opportunities.
Good support and supervision.
Hard to manage services within funding constraints
Generally take care of clients needs, from medication, to socialising , to participating in the community. Job satisfaction good.
