Management is useless, terrible pay mastersz exploit the employee.
No service or appreciation after years of service
Management doesn't fight for employees.
It's a completely useless environment
The workplace is Wipro was very stressful, there was minimal scope for other activities apart from work, the pay scale was also very low compared to other majors, I'd recommend you steer clear of them if you can.
Good company to work at and learn. This is a better place to learn and acquire new skills, upgrade, and a very stable place to work at. This provides you an opportunity to gain new skills and test it with minimun risk to job.
Management was not supportive didn't transform knowledge as required but earlier the process in which I worked everything was good I didn't intend to leave Wipro but due to some unavoidable cirt had to leave it
It was very good experience that's the reason I was in Wipro for 10 years...Good learning curve, learned a lot in terms of people management & more importantly serving US clients who always have high expectations with low cost...
competitive & stresfull environment.
good food & cab facilities available.
100% job security.
salary not up to expectations.
opportunity to move to wipro technologies
flexible with shift timings & week offs.
Team Leader (Former Employee) - Ontario - 27 November 2019
No management team. Site manager stayed in office, and did nothing. Extra work was credited to other people. Unappreciated. HR not present, did not know job. No support, unfair place to work. Overall bad experience.
Wipro is a good company to settle for long term. The work life balance gets a little difficult to maintain as the work hours are long and monitored strictly, it provides good opportunities to those who work professionally.
I spent more than 7 years in wipro, it was a nice experience, starting from an associate level to finally a team leader, my journey included lot of hard work tough competition and support from seniors and colleagues.
