Avoid.

Avoid. - Poor Wages - Overworked and underpaid. - Bad management. - Bullying allowed to happen. - Poor supervisors and team leads. - Poor pay scale - could be doing hardest job on the floor for no extra pay - no reward for a good job done. - Greedy, ignorant company. Pushing out as many orders as possible. - They expect ridiculous goals/numbers to be met then blame overworked and mismanaged employees for mistakes. - Processes are ridiculously overkill and they are slow to improve them. - No job security, can be let go anytime if it's too quiet unless you're overqualified, they'd happily take advantage of you if your overqualified without paying you extra but give you more tasks to do. - They make out that they care about you and you co-workers but they are only following policies to cover themselves. - Either way too busy or unbearably quiet. - Some roles are monotonous. - Popularity contest.
