There were a lot of questions about my personal strengths and weaknesses and also as where would I see myself in 5 years.
What would you suggest Word Perfect Translations management do to prevent others from leaving?
I think management's been doing a fantastic. There's not much to do, it all depends on your expertise and the language you speak to get more opportunities.
I would leave only for personal reasons and nothing to do with Word Perfect, as they maintain a good level of professionalism and ethics with the employess that you would not want to think about leaving.
After sending my CV I received an email to attend an interview.
Everything was explained from the outset as what was expected from me should I be successful on my interview.
Then, questions were asked about my previous experience and specifically about communication and organizational skills.
I was happy with the interviewer as he took the time to explain in detail about the company, benefits and working conditions.
