Job culture
At Workday from day one, you learn that culture drives everything. They only hire people who are laid back and modest, and they are honest about that. No managers or directors have their own offices or parking spots, everyone is treated the same.
Pros
Great canteen, office, employee programme, flat structure

I worked at Workday as a intern (paid) and it was really enjoyable. The company really takes both it's employees and customers seriously and that makes it a very fun place to work.

Job culture
At Workday there is intensive and very valuable training on your role that will help you in future jobs as well as in your current one. There is a clear structure and vision for the company and everyone on every level is being involved and informed about growth plans and achievments.

The role itself is a great entry level / advanced position where you have strategic discussions with your prospects and you constantly get feedback from management and peers on your performance, there's a strong exchange of best practices and regular additional training provided as well as the opportunity to go to events.

Career progression options are clear and people are encouraged to proactively get in touch with other teams to learn about available roles.
Pros
great learning environment
Cons
some management very subjective
