Zero hour contracts, what more do I need to say.
Youth Advocate (Former Employee) –  Navan, County Meath21 October 2019
Zero hour contracts. You don't work, you don't get paid.
Main office is in Dublin. Will not help you with any issues.
You don't know the other staff as you work alone with young people.
You report to your supervisor every fortnight.

working within the social service environs , Garda community service and local school abd families.
Working as part of a professional team with co workers and mamagement.
The hardest part of the job was when you acheives your objectives with the client and you had to move on.
the most enjoyable and rewarding was seeing the clients flourish , develope and become interactive througt education or work placement.

what did I learn,? that everybody deserves a chance.
Pros
Good interaction with professionalpro
Cons
after social hours
