Organisational culture in ZARA has changed a lot in the last 4 years. Staff who starts working on a Monday quits on the next Friday or simply do not show up anymore. There is always something urgent to do, management has declined since do not have qualify candidates they just take the next in the list. The environment has turned hostile and and the lack of commitment is evident.
