A group of nice people doing their best to turn an otherwise grindy, low level job into something tolerable. Management are generally great, and are under the same hyper-capiltalist pressures to hit ever increasing targets as you, so they understand and try to help everyone along. The ever present cult of eternal happiness is there, but toned down somewhat by the natural Irish tenancy to scoff at American style plastered on smiles. The office is great, with some fantastic features that you'll rarely get to use unless you intend on spending your free time there.Salary is low, at least for entry level. Considerably less than a living wage. There's a reason it's not included on job adverts, they know it's not something to be proud of.HR is small and overworked. Communication is poor. They're extremely diverse, the staff are from all walks of life. They're flexible and you're given a lot of freedom in how you interact with customers. At the end of the day, it's still basic call centre work, but it makes an effort to keep it from being grim. If you don't mind selling the majority of your waking life for not much money, you could do a lot worse than Zazzle customer service.
Pros
Friendly management, flexibility, diversity.
Cons
Low salary, KPI focused, repetitive.

- My working hours were from 6pm - 2am. I did phone calls and emails support for the USA. About 40 calls and 50 emails per day. Zazzle is an American company that owns its factory and produces its own products. I learned how to deal with impatient clients, be quick at work, answer calls, send emails, work on pressure and results. The hardest part of the job was being quick with the customer waiting on the phone. I enjoyed meeting new people, most customers were very friendly. It was an incredible experience to be able to work at this company.

Management are hr very disorganized, no real values for lower level employees. Higher management would constantly give talks on goals which seemed achievable but then once you reach them there is another step that you didn't know about which you are constantly chasing. They lie to you basically to keep you interested.

Fantastic place to work. Management are good at their jobs and extremely reasonable. The atmosphere makes it easy to work in. Typical day included a mixture of phone and email cases to help customers resolve issues.
