How to contact Indeed Employer Support
Having trouble with your Indeed employer account or need help from our support team? This page explains how to contact Indeed. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions to reach Indeed by chat, phone or message.
Before you contact us
- Have your account email, job post ID or a brief description of your issue ready.
- If you start in chat, you may first talk with our virtual assistant. Type 'talk to a person' at any point to connect with a member of our team.
Contacting us from your Employer Dashboard
- Sign in to Indeed and open your Employer Dashboard.
- Click or tap Help, located in the upper navigation bar next to your account icon.
- Type your question in the What do you need help with search box.
- If you don't find what you need, select Contact us to chat, call or message our support team.
Important: Phone support availability and numbers may vary by country. If a phone number isn't shown for your account or region, chat and message support are always available from this menu.
Contacting us from the Help Centre
If you can't sign in to your employer account, using Contact in the Help Centre is the best way to reach support.
- Go to the Help Centre and click or tap Contact support.
- Describe your issue in the search bar.
- If the quick answers don't help, select Create a case.
- Click or tap Contact.
- Complete the form with as much detail as possible. Include your account email and the issue you're experiencing.
- Submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation and a case number that you can use to follow up.
Tip: If the form doesn't submit, try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If you're able to sign in, you can also reach us by chat or phone from the Employer Dashboard Help menu.
