Indeed’s Company Page Policy

Indeed Company Pages help jobseekers learn about potential employers. They also allow companies to showcase their brand.

  • Each employer brand can only have one company page.
  • An employer brand refers to the name and logo that employees and jobseekers recognise.

To ensure accuracy and consistency:

  • Your Company Page should cover your whole company, not just one office or department.
  • Indeed doesn't allow separate pages by location (such as the US, Canada or the UK) or by division (such as Finance, HR or Marketing).
  • Division-specific pages are not supported. For example, an employer brand may have multiple departments or business units. There will be one Company Page for all of them.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to employers and companies with Company Pages on Indeed.

What you need to know

Employers can customise parts of their Company Pages. This allows you to write to audiences in different divisions or locales all on one page.

Next steps

Indeed regularly reviews Company Pages to make sure that they follow our guidelines. This includes merging duplicate pages. These are Indeed’s decisions and they may change at any time. Contact Indeed support if you need help managing your Company Page.
