Welcome to where beauty meets medicine. At Sisu Clinic we have 25 successful Doctor-led Aesthetic Clinics in Ireland, London and the USA. We specialise in age-prevention & restorative non-invasive treatments, including Botox, Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Thread lifts, and more.

YOUR NEW ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Clinic Supervisor to join our team.

1. Management of Clinic

  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Ensure best practice is adhered to at all times in retail operations
  • Lead with high-quality service provided to all our patients
  • Ensure that all administrative duties are done correctly in a timely manner

2. Management of Staff

  • Responsible for the management, supervision and control of clinic front of house
  • Ensure that you and your team are presented to a high standard in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure that team is aware of yearly, monthly & daily financial targets
  • Ensure continuous coaching to ensure high standards of efficiency and productivity

3. Management of Stock

  • Ensure that all orders are checked correctly and shortages reported
  • Maintain adequate stock levels during peak season and promotional periods
  • Ensure that all stock is priced and merchandised correctly
  • Ensure that stock and storage areas are tidy and well organised

4. Management of Sales & Promotions

  • Ensure you and your team are aware of sales figures on a daily basis
  • Ensure you and your team maintain high levels of product knowledge to ensure the successful upsell form treatments to retail products

5. Management of Housekeeping

  • Ensure that you and your team maintain a clean, safe & healthy working environment
  • Ensure that you coordinate and control cleaning rosters

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven retail management experience
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Previous business planning experience including setting of targets, business analysis and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations management including inventory and facility management and cash reconciliation
  • Experience creating promotional events
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve KPI’s
  • Ability to work full-time 37.5 hours per week at retail hours, and selected Saturdays

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
