At Bean Inspired, we pride ourselves on sourcing and roasting specialty coffee in the most responsible way possible.

We’re looking for an experienced coffee professional who’s ready to elevate their career in the world of coffee roasting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Role Overview:

This dynamic role will evolve as you gain experience and training in various aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and preparing daily roast schedules.
  • Packing roasted coffee and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Cupping coffee for quality control, and testing with our refractometer and roasted coffee colour meter.
  • Providing barista training for wholesale partners.
  • Sales and marketing, including expanding our wholesale program.

Additional Opportunities:

You’ll also have the chance to contribute to areas such as:

  • Developing coffee tasting and training workshops.
  • Social media management.
  • Learn to roast coffee and develop new roasting profiles.
  • Researching into and buying green coffee.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years barista experience in a high quality coffee role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of adhering to production protocols.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and drive conversions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work efficiently, and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • A hands-on approach, comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment or stock, and being on your feet for extended periods.

Pay: €15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
