  • Acquire the highest-calibre speakers from a range of industries and sectors.
  • Work with the events team to develop programme timings, stage assignments and technical requirements
  • Administrative support management - speaker guidelines, template speaker communications, moderator/chair instructions and briefings, general speaker query management. Liaise with the event management team for accommodation and travel arrangements for speakers when necessary.

  • Aid in the creation of new events/side events targeted at new audiences and geographies
  • Utilise your own and grow your network to attract the world's biggest and up-and-coming names to our events portfolio.
  • Build and manage relationships with PR firms, communication teams and speakers from across the world.

What we are looking for…

  • 3rd level degree (ideally in journalism or related field)
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Content Creation - you have a strong sense of what is good content for specific audiences and can deliver on this.
  • Industry Know-How - You have a passion, interest and knowledge of all things tech, start-up, business, and investment and can translate this into strong event talks.
  • Contacts - You can acquire and maintain high-level contacts across multiple sectors (notably the tech industry) and have the confidence to reach out coldly and engage with world-class speakers and their teams.

  • Leadership and Team Management - you have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and can motivate, manage, and mentor members of a team
  • Quick learner - You’re able to get up to speed on new subject areas quickly and identify key issues and target speakers.
  • Driven/Confident and Passionate - You are always looking to better yourself and your work and you never have an “it’s good enough” attitude.
