Kitchen Porter

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a team of enthusiastic chefs and front of house servers looking after our customers in the Grain Store Restaurant, Pizza Shed and our smaller outlets on the estate.

The perfect candidate should have some experience and understanding of this role and be able to commit to the shifts available. Flexible rostering from Head Chef Niall O'Sullivan is available.

Requirements:

• An ability to take instruction and follow procedures.
• Carry out the Kitchen’s Standard Operating Procedures correctly.
• Monitor stock rotation, check deliveries and returns with the chef as required.
• Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
• Good communication skills and command of spoken English (and legally permitted to work in Ireland).
• Means of transport a bonus but not essential.
• Manual handling is required.
• Working 5 out of 7 days including weekends.
