    Administrator

    Immediate requirement for a part time Administrator within our busy Dexa unit in Blackrock Health Galway Clinic

    • Responsible for all telephone queries
    • Appointment setting
    • Managing the schedule for the Radiographers
    • Follow up with phone call to patients who did not book an appointment after receiving our text
    • Manage phone calls/email queries
    • Make sure Dexa radiographers supported
    • Email reports to both dr and patients

    Suitable candidate will possess the following:

    • Very strong communication skills
    • Computer literate
    • Highly organised
    • Patient focused
    • Multi tasker
    • Works well under pressure
    • Ability to work independently

    Part time (minimum 20hrs a week up to 25hrs) – Tuesday-Friday

    Minimum 4yrs previous administration experience working in a fast paced environment.

    Fluent English speaker

    Reporting to Dexa Unit Manager

    IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

    Salary: Flexible depending on candidate

    Job Type: Part-time

    Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
