Administrator
Immediate requirement for a part time Administrator within our busy Dexa unit in Blackrock Health Galway Clinic
- Responsible for all telephone queries
- Appointment setting
- Managing the schedule for the Radiographers
- Follow up with phone call to patients who did not book an appointment after receiving our text
- Manage phone calls/email queries
- Make sure Dexa radiographers supported
- Email reports to both dr and patients
Suitable candidate will possess the following:
- Very strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Highly organised
- Patient focused
- Multi tasker
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to work independently
Part time (minimum 20hrs a week up to 25hrs) – Tuesday-Friday
Minimum 4yrs previous administration experience working in a fast paced environment.
Fluent English speaker
Reporting to Dexa Unit Manager
IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT
Salary: Flexible depending on candidate
Job Type: Part-time
