Full job description
Successful Conservation Consultancy in Dublin 2 seeks an experienced Office Manager to join our team. We are a hard-working and tight-knit team and are looking for the right fit.
We offer an excellent opportunity to join our team and facilitate the work on a variety of interesting and diverse projects, in a great working environment in a central location. There is provision for hybrid working, and some degree of flexibility around hours.

The successful candidate will be:
- A highly organised and proactive individual
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy, multi-faceted role
- Confident managing diaries, travel, and senior-level support
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and team support
- Capable of handling finance admin, including invoicing and credit control
- The first point of contact for HR, recruitment, and internal coordination
- Comfortable managing facilities and liaising with suppliers
- Able to provide basic IT and systems support
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar Office Manager role
- Excellent written English with strong editing and proofing skills
- Advanced time management and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence working independently in a small team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
- Discretion and professionalism
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in finance admin and cashflow tracking
- Experience in a creative or architectural environment and an interest in conservation or heritage sectors
- Familiarity with HR policies and recruitment
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
- Confidence working across all levels of a business
Salary commensurate with experience.
