As we continue to expand, we are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team and support our ongoing success.

As the first point of contact for our business, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive and lasting impression for clients and visitors. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while providing vital administrative support to the wider team.

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate employee training schedules and logistics
  • Order and manage company uniforms, ensuring staff are equipped appropriately for their roles
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and filing
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services
  • Liaise with internal departments to support smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Leaving Certificate (minimum requirement)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
