Constantly bombarded with sugary and fatty treats to distract you from the fact that you are getting yelled at for 50+ phone calls a day. Managers will give you constant feedback on call listening and encourage you to reach nearly impossible metrics with 0 compensation for meeting company's high goals. I was having panic attacks and crying in the bathroom during break times because I was working in a department there that 100% deals with disgruntled customers (Limitations department) There is no way to advance within company if your team leader does not push through any paper work for you regardless of outstanding metrics and customer approval ratings. I was told by a team lead that he did not want to bother completing my career path paperwork because I was going to be going on maternity leave. I was overlooked for training and promotion opportunities due to the fact that I was pregnant.
