Repair Technician – Full Time

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Test / Repair Technician to join our team in Naas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and repairing laptops, PCs, tablets, and related IT equipment
  • Replacing and repairing components such as motherboards, screens, batteries, and keyboards
  • Performing soldering and board-level work where required
  • Ensuring that all devices meet GreenIT’s quality standards before dispatch
  • Assisting with order processing and supporting production workflow when necessary
  • Working closely with colleagues to resolve complex repair issues and improve repair processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in repairing laptops, PCs, and tablets
  • Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Soldering skills and ability to carry out component-level repairs (preferred)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent IT hardware qualification is a strong advantage
  • Minimum Leaving Certificate / High School diploma required; additional technical training or certifications preferred
