- Maintain heightened monitoring during elevated threat periods, ensuring consistent information escalation on events impacting employee safety, assets, or operational continuity
- Accurately capture and maintain incident logs, alerts, and actions taken during shifts in accordance with established documentation standards to support continuity and after action review
- Collaborate with ESOC personnel, Corporate Security partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent situational awareness and information sharing
- Support rotational shift coverage, including weekends, and holidays, to ensure uninterrupted 24/7/365 global monitoring coverage
Working Conditions:
- In-person role based within the Country Security Operations Center (CSOC)
- Work a daytime shift as part of a global follow-the-sun operating model, collaborating with teams across multiple regions to ensure continuous operational coverage seven days a week, including weekends
- Standard working hours are: Summer (Irish Time): 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM & Winter (Irish Time): 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Fast-paced, operationally focused environment supporting continuous security monitoring
You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a security operations center, intelligence, emergency management, international relations, or a related field; relevant academic experience or internships may be considered

- Demonstrated solid written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex, fast-moving situations clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and detail-oriented in high-tempo or high-stress operational environments
- Proven ability to work effectively within a rotational, shift-based schedule supporting 24/7 operations
- Demonstrated solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated familiarity with OSINT sources, social media monitoring, and situational awareness tools
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other standard office productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated operational discipline and adherence to defined procedures
- Demonstrated solid analytical skills within established guidelines
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment within defined authority
- Demonstrated team collaboration and information-sharing skills
