Accenture's Early Talent Recruitment team shapes the future of the business by delivering award-winning graduate and internship programmes. We manage over 15 programmes across the organisation, working collaboratively to identify and develop the next generation of Accenture talent. We're a close-knit, high-performing team and this will support our Early Talent Lead while managing flexible workers during peak recruitment season.

This is a 12-month contract in which you'll own the delivery of Accenture's Graduate and Internship Recruitment Programmes across Technology and Security as a Graduate Recruitment Specialist. Under the management of the Early Talent Lead, you'll drive every stage of the recruitment cycle – from candidate attraction and screening to assessment and onboarding – ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and close partnership with your stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Programme Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of graduate and internship recruitment across Technology and Security, managing timelines, pipelines, and stakeholder expectations from application through to onboarding

Collaborate with your peer recruiter to ensure a joined-up and consistent experience across our Analyst Consulting Group and Technology Analyst Group

Coordinate bookings and digital setups for assessment centres and final round interviews, ensuring the right staffing, equipment, and scheduling are in place

Produce regular campaign reports and data visualisations for the Early Talent Lead and stakeholders, translating data into clear insights at every stage of the campaign

Facilitate internship orientation days to ensure a strong start for incoming interns

Build and manage an event and training calendar for the internship programme, creating a structured and memorable experience that reflects the best of Accenture
Candidate Engagement & Experience

Represent Accenture at graduate fairs, career events, and internal welcome days, clearly articulating our recruitment process to prospective candidates

Design and deliver engaging content for student audiences, including CV workshops, recruitment preparation sessions and business showcases

Manage a structured relationship programme for all candidates in the offer pipeline, keeping communication timely and consistent throughout their journey

Support the improvement of onboarding processes and implementation of keep-warm activities to maintain candidate engagement during the pre-joiner period
Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Lead flexible contract team members during peak season, overseeing end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and assessment execution

Support the junior team in their growth and development, providing mentorship and training through regular check-ins, keeping performance on track

Conduct interviews and provide preparation and training for hiring managers where required

Manage business and stakeholder expectations with clear, proactive updates on programme timelines, ensuring all recruitment activity aligns with the business objectives
Strategy & Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement in collaboration with the Early Talent Lead

Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the Early Talent Lead to shape and execute the broader team strategy

Stay current on graduate recruitment trends, competitor activity, and the evolving student job market
What We’re Looking For
-
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline
-
Proven experience in senior graduate or student recruitment, ideally within a large or complex organisation

At least 3 years of project management experience, with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

Experience delivering graduate recruitment end-to-end, including assessment centre design and execution
-
Strong stakeholder management skills, including proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders

Budget management experience

Familiarity with professional services environments

A solid understanding of the graduate recruitment landscape and current student job search trends
