Accenture has an exciting opportunity for a people-oriented Sales Manager to guide,
mentor, and inspire high performing, multilingual sales teams within the clients digital
marketing ecosystem. This is responsible for driving measurable revenue outcomes
by leading Inside Sales, Sales Account Managers, and—where applicable—Agency Account
& Partner Managers who support advertisers across the full customer lifecycle.
The Sales Manager plays a critical in scaling our client’s advertising business by
developing world-class talent, executing data-driven sales strategies, improving workflows,
and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will work cross functionally to identify
sales opportunities, resolve bottlenecks, influence strategy, and operationalize best
practices that improve performance at scale.
Success in this requires strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, adaptability in a
fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping clients grow through innovative digital
advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
Core Sales Manager Responsibilities (All Segments)
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team of Inside Sales Representatives
client expectations.
- Set clear monthly and quarterly goals, manage performance against KPIs, and
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call evaluations, and performance
- Onboard new hires and cultivate strong sales competencies through structured
- Analyze individual and team performance using CRM and analytics tools to identify
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate CRM usage, sales forecasting,
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Quality, Policy, Training, Operations) to
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer and internal challenges, applying
- Foster a collaborative, learning oriented environment that encourages
- Provide leadership with actionable insights on customer trends, market feedback,
- 3-5 years with 1-2+ as Sales Manager/Team Lead or in similar role.
- Proven track record of building, coaching, and managing high performing sales or
- Experience managing KPIs, revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven decision-making
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent sales automation tools).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital advertising, social media, or technology driven sales
- Experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to monitor revenue, risks,
- Proven ability to recruit and hire top sales talent for high-performance teams.
- Experience developing scalable programs, process improvements, and workflow
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and
- Comfort operates in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Multilingual capabilities beyond required language qualifications.
- High energy, resilience, adaptability, and a customer first mindset
- Fluency in French and English
