Our team accelerates growth and value for clients through exceptional customer experiences powered by technology, data and AI. We are a diverse team of designers, engineers, product specialists, architects and strategists working together to create innovative digital products that transform how organisations engage with their customers.
As part of our team, you will help build modern digital experiences across web and mobile platforms for some of Ireland's most recognised organisations. You will work closely with designers, product owners, architects and engineers to bring customer experiences to life through elegant, scalable and accessible front-end solutions.
As a Front-End Developer, you will:
Digital Experience Engineering
- Design and develop responsive, scalable and high-performing user interfaces that deliver exceptional customer experiences across web and digital platforms.
Modern Front-End Development
- Build modern customer-facing applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript and contemporary front-end frameworks while promoting reusable and maintainable engineering practices.
- Design & Engineering Collaboration
- Partner closely with UX and UI designers to translate customer journeys, wireframes and design systems into intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
Product Delivery
- Work within agile, multidisciplinary product teams to deliver features and enhancements that create measurable value for clients and their customers.
- Quality Engineering
- Develop high-quality code through unit testing, peer reviews and automated quality assurance processes, ensuring maintainability and reliability across products.
Performance & Accessibility
- Implement best practices for application performance, responsiveness, accessibility and security while ensuring compliance with modern digital standards.
Cloud & DevOps Integration
- Support deployment and build processes through modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development environments.
- Continuous Innovation
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, AI-assisted development approaches and industry best practices to continually improve engineering outcomes.
Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following:
- Strong experience building modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Experience developing responsive and accessible digital experiences using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Experience working with modern front-end frameworks and component-based architectures such as React, Angular or Vue.
- Experience building reusable UI components and scalable front-end architectures.
- Knowledge of state management, API integration and modern web development practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and cross-functional product teams.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and modern engineering practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business, design and engineering teams.
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline preferred.
- Equivalent industry experience and relevant certifications will also be considered.
