Title of Post: Research Assistant in General Practice (0.7FTE)

JOB SYNOPSIS
The University of Limerick is seeking to appoint a part-time (0.7 FTE) Research Assistant in General Practice in the School of Medicine This is an exceptional opportunity for a suitably qualified enthusiastic, dynamic individual with vision and experience to play a key role in the General Practice research programme. The successful applicant will work on a range of ongoing research projects as identified by the principal investigator. The successful candidate will need excellent communication, research and people skills. The current key research workstreams are based on the following topics: Rural healthcare, Medical Technology adoption, One Health and building healthcare capacity. This role it best suited to enthusiastic individuals who are adept at working both individually and collaboratively and ideally have strong skillset in communication, team-working, literature searching and review, qualitative interviews, quantitative surveys, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and can contribute to research outputs and dissemination.

Salary Scale: €34,129 - €44,311 p.a. pro rata
