emeis Ireland is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Full Time Activity Coordinator to join our team at Maynooth Lodge Nursing Home. In this rewarding role, you'll create and deliver engaging activities that support residents' wellbeing, independence, and quality of life while making every day meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging daily and weekly activity programmes.
  • Tailor activities to residents' individual interests, abilities, and care needs.
  • Promote participation, social interaction, and overall wellbeing.
  • Ensure activities are safe, enjoyable, and inclusive.
  • Monitor activity resources and maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Work closely with nurses, care staff, families, volunteers, and external entertainers.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate activity schedules and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Support a positive, person-centred environment and assist with other duties as required.
