  • Plan and implement daily activities based on residents' needs and abilities.
  • Organize weekly schedules and coordinate with volunteers and external performers.
  • Resident Care & Safety
  • Ensure residents' medical, cognitive, and dietary needs are met during activities.
  • Provide supervision to ensure resident safety, privacy, dignity, and hygiene.
  • Staff Support & Training
  • Train and inform employees and volunteers.
  • Participate in performance appraisals and ensure staff are properly supported.
  • Health & Hygiene Standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards for residents, staff, and the environment.
  • Follow infection control procedures, and report incidents or equipment failures.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work with the multi-disciplinary team and respond to residents' or guests' complaints.
  • Abide by center policies and contribute to its smooth operation.
