About the Team:

The Flexi Team is a great way to start your career with Dublin Simon Community!

As a Flexi Support Worker, you’ll work across a range of services, including Emergency Accommodation, Outreach, and Long-Term Accommodation. This gives you valuable frontline experience and a real understanding of how our services support people experiencing homelessness.

Many of our team members begin in the Flexi Team and move into permanent roles within a specific service after completing probation. In 2025, 73% of Flexi Support Workers progressed into new roles across the organisation.
We’re committed to helping you grow. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction, plus 10 dedicated training days each year to support your development and career progression.

What to expect:
  • Permanent, full-time role
  • 37.5 hours per week (average)
  • Flexible 7-day rota, including day and night shifts
  • Starting salary of €33,500 (depending on experience)
