Full job description

To support Silver Pail in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality. Ensuring compliance with all legal, customer and 3rd party certification requirements

The role reports to the Technical Manager, key responsibilites are;

· Assist in management of BRCGS & customer standard procedures, policies and documentation, including document control and review

· Partake in Customer and third party audits and completion of traceability exercises

· Completion of Customer Specifications and QAS standards, including nutritional verification.

· Completion of Kosher, Halal, RSPO and Rainforest Alliance applications and documentation and assisting in relevant audits

· Undertake monthly quality control routines including; hygiene and internal audits, swab review, prepare data for monthly management review.

· Member of the NPI Team – liaising with NPD, commercial, supply chain & production to ensure that new products are launched efficiently.

· Raw Material Control - raw material specifications, questionnaires, risk assessments, COC & COA review, non-conformance investigations and sign off, annual sampling plan.

· Export documentation applications – health & vet certs etc.

· Partake in customer complaint investigations

· Investigate and respond to product, technical, quality and sustainability queries from customers or other stakeholders.

· Partake any Quality system projects which may arise

· Other Technical and Quality tasks that may arise

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
