DRIVERS HELPER & SANITISATION OPERATIVE
Fulltime Permanent - Time:- 6:30 - 16:00pm
The Driver's Helper & Sanitisation Operative plays a vital support role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of water coolers and related products to our customers. Working alongside the delivery driver, this person assists with loading, unloading, and positioning units on-site, while also supporting and completing the sanitisation of water coolers to Primeline's hygiene and service standards. This role is key to maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer experience, combining operational reliability with a strong focus on cleanliness, teamwork, and customer care.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?
Support the delivery driver in loading and unloading water coolers and bottled water at each customer location.
Conduct sanitisation of all water coolers delivered or serviced, ensuring compliance with Primeline's hygiene procedures and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of completed sanitisation and deliveries using handheld or paper-based systems.
Represent Primeline professionally on-site, providing friendly, efficient, and customer-focused service.
Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean, organised, and in good working condition always.
Assist in managing stock rotation and vehicle loading to optimise delivery routes and prevent damage.
Report any customer feedback, delivery issues, or maintenance requirements promptly to the line manager or driver in charge.
WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Good physical fitness and ability to safely lift and move water coolers and bottles throughout the day.
Attention to detail with a commitment to high hygiene and safety standards.
Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours and routes.
Customer service mindset with a friendly and professional manner always.
Basic record-keeping or handheld device experience desirable (training provided).
Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or facilities hygiene roles an advantage.
