About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at a leading bakery manufacturing facility in Ardara, Co. Donegal.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced food production environment, working as part of a supportive team to manufacture high-quality bakery products. Promise Gluten Free is an established Irish bakery brand with its manufacturing facility based in Ardara.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate safely and efficiently within a busy production environment
• Support the preparation, production and packing of bakery products
• Follow production instructions, recipes and operating procedures
• Complete quality checks and identify any product or packaging issues
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and housekeeping
• Ensure products meet required quality and presentation standards
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Accurately complete production records where required
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets
• Assist across different areas of the production facility when required
• Work additional hours or overtime during busy production periods, where available

Working Environment

This role is based within an active food production facility. Candidates must be comfortable:

• Working in a warm production environment
• Working around ingredients and possible airborne food particles
• Standing for extended periods during a shift
• Completing repetitive production and packing duties
• Wearing the required protective clothing and personal protective equipment
• Working 12-hour day and night shifts
