Job Summary

A highly experienced and results-driven Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in the telecommunications industry, specializing in transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Extensive experience supporting commercial, operational, and customer-focused initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve network performance, customer experience, revenue growth, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of customer, network, financial, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Create automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple databases.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs across customer acquisition, retention, network performance, and commercial operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with GDPR and company data governance standards.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Strong understanding of mobile, broadband, fixed-line, and enterprise telecommunications services.

Pay: €28,300.00-€66,803.79 per year
