This role involves correcting learner submissions, providing insightful and constructive feedback, and ensuring assessments meet the required QQI standards. - Maintain accurate records of corrections and feedback provided.
- Support programme development and administration, including creating and updating slides and assessment materials, editing course content, formatting learner packs and other materials, and uploading resources to the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as document processing, data entry, and learner support.
- Collaborate with trainers and support teams to ensure the continuous improvement of assessment, materials, and feedback processes.
- Attend some online classes (day or evening) and Saturday farm hub days to understand the course content and learner experience, so your assessment and feedback are consistent and fair.
