Full job description

Job Summary: You will be part of the fast growing All Real Nutrition production team, who is responsible for the production, packing and traceability of our premium range of natural sports nutrition products. You will have experience working in a food manufacturing facility and be proficient in GMP, product traceability, working in a highly sanitised environment while adhering to the company HACCP. You will be very detail orientated, extremely clean, efficient and adhere to compliance with Company policies, procedures, record keeping and meeting the highest standard of food hygiene. You will maintain the health, safety and hygiene requirements in the production kitchen and the surrounding area. You will high level of initiative and be able to work on your own and as part of a team. You will have a can-do positive attitude and believe that no job is too big or too small.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the daily production plan.
  • Preparing ingredients for production and manually forming products to a high level of detail and quality.
  • Meeting demanding production deadlines.
  • Operate all equipment & machinery in the production area to the standards required.
  • Liaising with management to ensure a continual supply of raw material.
  • Package and label finished goods.
  • Actively participates in all staff meetings and quality & safety programmes.
  • Member of the HACCP team.
  • Daily cleaning of warehouse and office space.
  • Any other duties as directed by the production manager.

Ability and Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to work to a high level of detail.
  • Must be skilled with hands and able to produce high quality of goods.
  • Ability for physical labour.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
  • Good judgment & common sense.

Experience:

  • Desired: 1+ year experience in food factory manufacturing .
  • Experience in GMP, traceability, HACCP and working in a highly sanitised environment
  • Experience in working with food machinery in a manufacturing environment

Contract & Hours:

  • Full-time.
  • 5 x 8 hour shifts typically Monday-Friday (07:30am-4pm).
  • Possible change to 4 x 10 hour shifts typically Monday-Thursday (07:30am-6pm).
