Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent
Salary: €35,000 per annum, increasing to €37,500 upon successful completion of probation

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants to develop their skills in application support, troubleshooting, reporting, and business systems. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, gain exposure to business-critical applications, and receive the support and training needed to build a successful career in technology.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and support business-critical applications to ensure they are running smoothly.
- Investigate and resolve application issues using established processes and support documentation.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members and development teams when required.
- Respond to system alerts and help diagnose problems using logs and monitoring tools.
- Assist with creating and maintaining reports, data extracts, and operational dashboards.
- Support the identification and testing of software fixes and system improvements.
- Maintain accurate support records and documentation.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, application performance, and user experience.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn and develop.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience gained through internships, work placements, university projects, or part-time IT roles.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, or reporting tools.
- Exposure to application support or helpdesk environments.
- An understanding of software development lifecycles or IT service management principles.
