The Art Director’s currency is inventiveness, hard work and enthusiasm. What we most need from the Art Director is a large volume of ideas, quickly, that are connected to culture and surprise us with the new and the different. They eager, curious, positive and willing to learn from everyone around them.
In this , you will collaborate with copywriters, other art directors, and designers to develop compelling ideas across a range of formats — including digital ads, social media, brand campaigns, and long-form content. You will contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions, help bring brand voices to life, and support the team in delivering work that is both strategically sound and creatively bold.
Job Responsibilities

Develop a range of ideas in a short amount of time and refine and self-edit work along the way

Knows how to package up their ideas in ways that are clear, concise and buyable

Can think and create in platforms and think beyond traditional advertising solutions

Is a student of creative trends and best practices in advertising, culture, media and social.

Brings other interests and knowledge to the job (filmmakers, influencers, designers, etc…)

Pull visual references and create comps quickly to translate ideas into compelling client presentations

Establish art direction, style and tone for brand campaigns across all channels

Begins to contribute to all facets of productions

Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time

Basic Qualifications
