As a Spa Receptionist,you will be the first and lasting impression of the spa,delivering a warm,seamless and personalised guest experience in line with Forbes Five-Star standards. You will ensure every interaction reflects professionalism,efficiency and genuine care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism,ensuring a flawless arrival and departure experience
  • Manage bookings,enquiries and guest requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate effectively with therapists to maintain a smooth and timely guest journey
  • Provide expert knowledge of treatments,facilities and products to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation,hygiene and Forbes service protocols at reception


Profile:

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or spa reception
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Polished,personable and detail-focused with a passion for guest service
