As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager at our Terenure Branch to help lead our team, keep operations smooth, and ensure every customer gets an exceptional experience.


What You'll Do

As our Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and high-quality products.
  • Train new staff and reinforce company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and problem-solving with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
  • Step in to manage shifts independently when needed.
  • Contribute to hitting performance targets, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication and people-management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on, team-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends
