Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring that all areas of the nursing home are hygienic and well-presented at all times.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and infection-free environment.
  • Support with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and distributing residents’ clothing and linens.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A caring, considerate, and empathetic approach to working with elderly residents.
  • Support the creation of a warm, welcoming, and homely atmosphere for residents and their families
