About the role:

- You will assist companionship and/or supervision of client at home during the day, light housekeeping, help with dressing/undressing.

About the client:

- Client details provided at next stage.

- Client is Male

About you:

- Preferred: 1- 4 year experience in a similar role within home care or a related healthcare environment.

- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient individual with a genuine love for helping others.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.

- Comfortable with assisting the elderly, disabled, or those requiring post-operative care.

- Proficient in following care plans and adjusting as necessary.

- Capable of providing reminders for medication adherence.

- Efficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Able to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy.

- Willingness to undergo background check and patient reference checks.

- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Comfortable using digital devices such as tablets, computers, and smartphones.

- Capable of documenting care and updating client records electronically.

- Experience with tele-health or virtual care platforms is a plus.

- Willingness to adapt to new technologies as they become available.
