Advanced Safety Castlebar is looking for a new Team Member. We are a customer focused team with a strong work ethic. Our strength as a business is our Team Members and our customers’ needs are our central focus.

Job Role

  • Deal with customers over the phone, email and on our trade counter
  • Preparing customer quotations and raise customer sales orders
  • Pick and pack orders for collection and coordinating paperwork for the same
  • Support colleagues in working as a team to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively within company policy
  • Support Production Team and Warehouse Team when required

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Passion for delivering great customer service
  • The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated with strong organisation skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Happy to work autonomously or part of team
  • The ability to adapt and learn
  • Ability to deal with tough situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full clean valid driver’s license

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
