YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-value solutions within a SAFe environment. This role involves coaching teams to improve Agile maturity, facilitating key ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners to align delivery with business goals, and driving continuous improvement through metrics and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for Agile principles, capable of fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and influencing stakeholders to build a culture of agility and innovation.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Coach and support multiple Scrum teams to improve Agile maturity, foster self-organisation, and maintain sustainable delivery pace within SAFe.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, refine user stories, and align sprint goals with business KPIs.
  • Track and communicate key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and defect trends to monitor team performance and delivery health.
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments, enabling teams to stay focused and deliver consistent value.
  • Champion Agile principles across the organisation, influencing stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing Agile mindset through coaching and feedback.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with SAFe certification, and over two years of experience in the P&C insurance sector.
  • Proven track record as a dedicated Scrum Master, applying Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps practices to drive team performance and value delivery.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, guiding teams toward self-organisation, continuous improvement, and Agile mindset adoption.
  • Experienced in facilitating Agile ceremonies and tracking key metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and user story completion rates.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, skilled at stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and driving Agile adoption in matrixed environments.
