Full job description

Featherblade, a busy city centre steak restaurant ( est.2015) are seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie/Grill Chef. The successful candidate will work 40 hrs per week with 2 days off per week.

Must be ambitious and hungry to lead this great restaurant to continued success. Will work closely with Head & Sous Chef
