Keynote PCO is currently recruiting a Project Assistant to work within our growing project team at our offices in Blackrock, Co Dublin. Keynote PCO is a full-service conference management company, with all project management services provided by our skilled staff. We are a specialist for research and association conferences taking place in Ireland. Reporting to the Operations Director we are seeking a candidate with:

  • A proven track record in hospitality, office administration and/or digital marketing
  • Fluent English along with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent MS office skills are essential
  • Experience on registration systems Stova / Events Air / Cvent would be an advantage but not essential
  • Event marketing skills – a knowledge of WordPress, Canva or Photoshop would be an advantage
  • A positive can-do attitude, with expert attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong organisation skills and the desire to work as part of a close-knit team
  • An ability to build and maintain excellent relations with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  • A third level qualification in hospitality and/or event management is an advantage but not essential
  • Enthusiasm for the meetings and events industry

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our project managers in the planning and delivery of association conferences to the highest industry standard
  • Management of online registration for delegates, sponsors and speakers using our online registration software Stova
  • Managing a large volume of email correspondence, as the first point of contact for conference delegates
  • Responsible for writing and designing marketing emails and social media posts
  • Day-to-day maintenance of conference websites
  • Management of accommodation blocks, tour bookings and assisting with social event management
  • Management of basic conference finances, including invoicing and bank reconciliation
  • Providing onsite support at events
